Realistic crap thingy

Oh yea this started as a doodle when I played around the brush I used with the hair.
Then I drew the face, the eyes, nose until I just made it detailed-ish.
I experimented doing the nose and lips, what do you think? :3

And that hair of hers is the third time I made because I'm not satisfied with it.
As for the eyes...I'm not really pleased with it.
And her lips make her look like shes unhappy or something :/
She kind of looks like a doll XD
An unhappy, emotionless one ^^

And there's no shading too

One more thing.
Sorry the drawing's on the bottom-left part! As I said earlier, I just doodled her hair first and then made everything else on the bottom-left part and there were too may layers to move it to the  middle. And I can't put a background too because the background will be seen through her hair which sucks.
